Wendy Coombe established Training For Success Australia Pty Ltd (TFS) in 1989 and has since helped many organisations improve their governance practice. Wendy brings a wealth of experience in governance, contract management, general management, business development and strategic and business planning. TFS offers a number of governance programs for aged care facilities, aboriginal owned and other not for profit organisations holding contracts with the government. Having held a number of board and committee positions herself, Wendy has the ability to balance theory with reality and is often asked to help boards who are facing difficulties.
